MEETING UPDATE - Final and No more change.

Venue : Multi purpose hall

 

We like to propose for SUB COMMITTEE- to ease the burden and share some responsibilities together. Anyone could volunteer, whether your are tenant, owner or even if your have outstanding of service charge. This will be beneficial for all. The main committee will allow the sub committee to review all proposal , expenditures as well be liable to other tenants and residents in regards to overall operational matters.

 

Transparency can  only be achieved through active involvement and total participation rather than  mere call for it. Nevertheless, we appreciate all those comments made in order for improvement.

 

In regards to those issues raised by syafizam will be answered in couple of days and some will be brought to meeting for residents view point .

Request for a meeting with JMC

Since we are already in the second quarter of the year, there were quite a number of requests made by residents of Sinaran Ukay to meet and discuss with the Joint Management Committee on current issues and work in progress.

With this announcement, the hope of getting enough quorum to activate a meeting will be fulfilled.

Awaiting responds from all residents on a suitable date and time. Any suggestions?

Announcement trip to PD

Due to unforeseen circumstances the trip to Port Dickson during the Vesak Day holidays has been postponed until further notice.

Regret any inconveniences caused.

Invitation to all SUK Residence - PD Trip

Dear all, just a friendly reminder that some of the residents are planning a short trip to PD on May 9 2009 (Wesak Day) morning and return on Sunday afternoon.

Pls let us know if you are interested.  Feel free  to pass this info to your other nice neighbour 'kaki'.  Briefly, we ll try to get a resort accommodation and the plan will incorporate some fun games, chat and maybe BBQ on Sat nite.

Pls let us know if you like to confirm your participation.  You can confirm now or by April 15 to help simplify reservation.

Annnouncement to be posted  on  BLOG

 

1.  Streamyx already installed but there willl be a delay for wifi connection . as soonest its activated will be notified.

 

2.  Bio carbon Multi media filter to improve water quality is underway. This will be installed at JBA source or inlet to filter water before being supplied to collection tank.

 

3. Roof improvement work for club house and residence building  will carried before Building Painting work

If the collection of old debts were to be recovered to certain extent within 2-3 months. This depends on available fund. The colour of the Roof will be in Maroon or Dark Brown to conceal rust marks if any in future.

 

4. Parking shade  and road resurface will be carried out in stages.

 

Other annoucements :-

 

1. Yoga class is conducted at squash court every tuesday morning 9am for a fee.

 

2. Swimming class to be conducted by Atlantis Pool for a feee, opento residence and outsiders. Monday , Wednesday, Friday and Saturday : 5:00pm to 7:00pm , sunday 9:00am to 7:00pm. Fee - Junior class RM250-00, Senior class  RM280-00 and registration RM50-00.

 

The activity organisers will contribute some token of income to building fund accordingly.

 

Any one with other activities may propose as we could keep the area lively. This will attract more people to stay or make known of Sinaran Ukay.
