BURGLARY at Sinaran Ukay

Would appreciate if anyone can shed some light to this unfortunate incident ?

  1. Folks, this is unacceptable, period. I suggest:
    1. Installation of more CCTVs.
    2. Residents with no access card should be treated as visitors.
    3. Access procedure should also be applied to motorcyclist.
    4. Residents awareness, commitment and understanding are paramount.
    5. proper gazzeted carparks for visitors and service vehicles and contractor.

    Make no mistake, the management we ll have to brave some resident's wrath but if this is what it take lets stick together and support them for communal interest.

    " Tolong pantau kerja-kerja yg dilakukan oleh pihak maintenance.

    Adakah kerja-kerja membersihkan kawasan sekitar termasuk juga membersihkan private balcony for unit?

    Adakah mereka boleh sesuka hati memanjat masuk/ memasuki kawasan private balcony utk mengalihkan pasu-pasu bunga milik tuan rumah dgn alasan membersihkan kawasan?

    Bagaimana dgn keselamatan penghuni jika kecurian berlaku sewaktu penghuni berada di dlm rumah?

    Saya dijanjikan dgn security di Sinaran Ukay 'tip-top' sebelum berpindah ke sini. Belum pernah terjadi hal kecurian. Sekarang? Hanya kerana penghuni meninggalkan rumah dlm jangka masa lama?

    Adakah asrama (hostel) pekerja maintenance berada dlm blok yg sama dgn all residents? Kenapa?

    Suspect memang orang dalaman krn barang2 yg hilang dlm kecurian melibatkan barang2 keperluan rumah, barang2 elektrik kecil (mudah dibawa), termasuk toilet accesories (hooks, towel rack ext.) & barang perhiasan rumah (box, table lamp, tabung duit, ext.). Lebih 10 brg2.
    So, siapa punya kerja?

    Pintu rumah & bilik rosak. Barang yg hilang tak dirisaukan sgt, tapi keselamatan kami yg lebih dirisaukan.

    Harap management dpt pantau pekerja2 dalaman especially pekerja warganegara asing.

  3. Kadang2 kite ni senang nak cakap. Untuk matlumat semua ada satu insiden dimana tenant atau kawan tenant yang tidak memiliki kad akses ingin masuk kondo kami telah dihalang oleh guard kami, dia ugut guard dgn weapon.

    So, macam mana nak handle kes ni?

  4. Mamu, if you dont have access card, then you must register yourself, your IC number and vehicle registration card must be jotted down.

    This is necessary as safety measure. If you are resident then got yourself the access card, you can get multiple access card (RM100 per card I think, but is totally refundable) if that is what you need.

  5. Basically our guards are just doing their jobs. They are meant to help tighten the security for our sake. But those of us who don't have access cards, expect that they be let in. I think all residents should have access cards presented,regardless of status. Pls. it doesn't matter who we are, datuk ka, Yang Di Pertua ka, all must ikut the peraturan la.
